How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to receive my orders?

We shipping from our Office in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. 3220. Any orders received before 2:00pm will be packed and shipped same day?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We Currently accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) including *Apple Pay for Supported Devices.

*  You will need to have a payment method from a supported bank or payment card provider, please see the Apple Pay support page for more details, along with a compatible Apple device.

What Countries do you deliver too?

Currently we only Ship Items to Australian Addresses. If you really want to purchase somethime please contact us and we will try an facilitate your request.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What shall I do?

First check your Junk Mail, if you still can’t see your confirmation email it maybe entered incorrectly (We have all done it). Not to worry, just contact us and we will do our best to help you.

We will ask for your name, items ordered and postcode for delivery. Once we can identify your order we will be more than happy to re-send your invoice.

I am still waiting for my item to arrive. What shall I do?

We currently don’t have tracking codes on our Parcel Post and is something we are looking into. Not to worry, just contact us and we will do our best to help you.

How does my purchase or donation help River’s Gift in Stamping Out SIDS?

Your purchase contributes towards the delivery of River’s Gift’s three (3) main organisational objectives:

  1. Funding world leading SIDS research
  2. Funding Safe Sleep Education to expectant parents, newborn parents, grandparents, health professionals and childcare workers
  3. Heightening awareness in community of the prevalence of Sudden and Unexpected Death in Infancy, including SIDS. With active research and educational programs in place, your purchase helps make a real difference!

Can I manage my Subscription renewals?

When you checkout with a subscription we will automatically create an account for you and send you a password. Please free to change this password if you like.

All Subscriptions can be managed in the Account Dashboard. You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription any anytime.

When prorating prices for upgrades or downgrades, two pricing mechanisms may be used to adjust any unrealized value of the current subscription:

  • first payment date: date on which the first recurring payment is charged for the new subscription; and
  • gap payment: an amount charged at the time the subscription is changed, plus any signup fee.

Whether a subscription is more expensive, cheaper or the same price is determined on a daily basis not on an absolute basis. For example, a $20 per month subscription is more expensive than a $200 per year subscription, which costs only $0.54 per day.

How can I get involved with River's Gift?

Fellow bereaved families – If you have experienced the loss of a child suddenly and unexpectedly in sleep, we warmly encourage you to become a part of our “Unite” program. Our program provides a supportive platform upon which you can honour your child in a variety of ways, including hosting a fundraising event and/or by creating an online fundraising page. You will be provided with your own customised River’s Gift “Unite” logo and be provided with ongoing fundraising support.

Become a Corporate Sponsor – Whether it be at our Geelong or Brisbane Gala Ball’s, our Golf Day, our biennial trek (Kokoda/Nepal/Mt Kilamanjaro) or any one of our array of events, the opportunities for businesses to get on board as a sponsor are endless!

Run Training Programs – Become a part of the 12-16 week River’s Gift run training programs (Jan-Feb) in either Geelong or Ballarat, in preparation for the Great Ocean Road Running Festival in May each year.
